At the beginning of 2024, JustTech launched a new division to ensure client satisfaction. The Customer Care Specialists contact clients on a regular basis and provide proactive post-sale support. As unemployment continues to be low and job turnover high, the Customer Care Specialists team will update current client contact information when checking in.
In February of 2024, JustTech added a new position to support our IT services clients. The IT Sales Engineer is working with JustTech’s Managed Network Services & Supplemental IT Support clients in ensuring customer satisfaction. The IT Sales Engineer will check in with clients routinely, perform IT account reviews and also review security and cloud migration opportunities.
JustTech’s local Managed Services Help Desk provides Level 1 & Level 2 Support to JustTech’s clients for copier & printer supplies & service incidents, copier & printer IT support, network & IT incidents, software support, app assistance and other items as needed. The Help Desk is local and may be contacted via email, phone, ticketing system or an app on Xerox multifunction printers.
JustTech’s System Administrators provide remote and onsite IT support for our clients across our entire region. These individuals hold multiple industry certifications and have a wide range of experience from working with accounts in many different industries.
Technical Analysts at JustTech provide onsite assistance for multifunction copier and printer repairs. All equipment will need service at times and our team does a once over on every service visit to fix any upcoming potential issues thereby delaying the time until the next service incident is needed.
Network Analysts at JustTech provide professional onsite installation of new Xerox copiers and printers including adding devices to the client’s network, installing print drivers, configuring settings and training the end users.
Most clients have begun moving programs to the cloud or have considered it. JustTech has much experience in moving programs and processes to the cloud and JustTech has a full-time Cloud Migration Specialist on staff. JustTech provides our clients with Cloud Orchestration solutions and other Cloud Solutions. Cloud orchestration is the method of automating tasks needed to manage workloads on both the private and public clouds. Cloud orchestration technologies integrate automated tasks and processes into a workflow to perform specific functions. As more and more businesses look to completely transition programs and databases to the cloud, cloud orchestration is vital for a seamless transition.
JustTech’s Operations Team is focused on customer satisfaction and support. The operations staff provides many of the back-end tasks including equipment & supply order processing, billing and customer assistance for JustTech’s clients.
JustTech’s Logistics Team handles the receiving and deliver of new equipment and supplies to clients at our distribution center. When selling new Xerox copiers & multifunction printers to clients, models that are 3-5 years old are often returned to JustTech as trade-in. Instead of dumping these units in a landfill, JustTech remanufactures them at our distribution center to the highest standards and resells them to clients. This equipment still has 5-7 years of useable life left in them.
App Developers at JustTech create and maintain apps for Xerox multifunction printers that improve productivity and workflows. Over 100,000 apps have been installed globally that JustTech Developers have created. Many organizations are moving from analog fax to secure cloud fax services. The CloudFax Connector App for Xerox multifunction printers allows sending hard copy documents through JustTech’s Cloud Fax service as easy as it is with a traditional fax. Simply scan in and fax!
While involved at the beginning of a new client relationship, JustTech’s Solutions Specialists also touch base with clients on a regular basis to review current needs and manage renewals. Business needs change, especially now with many clients’ employees working virtually or in a hybrid format where they split time working between the office and home. JustTech has several desktop options that are perfect when working virtually or hybrid such as the VersaLink C405. These multifunction printers still provide the same capabilities of our larger models including copy, print, scan to email, network scan, fax and cloud fax and are in a smaller footprint. When organizations need these devices for their employees’ needs, JustTech adds them to the organizations month managed print plan. Supplies are sent automatically when needed and the organization still receives only one invoice per month for all of the organization’s print activity.
