At JustTech’s 2024 Sales Kick-Off event, it was announced that JustTech was launching a new division to ensure client satisfaction. The Customer Care Specialists team will contact clients on a regular basis and provide proactive post-sale support. As unemployment continues to be low and job turnover high, the Customer Care Specialists team will update current client contact information when checking in. The Customer Care Specialists will work closely with our field Solutions Specialists, IT Sales Engineer, Operations department, Help Desk and Technical Service department.

The Customer Care Specialists team will be located in our Huntington, West Virginia office and support all of JustTech clients across 6 states and Washington, DC (Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio).

When reaching out, the Customer Care Specialists may also share information on additional JustTech solutions that may be of interest to clients, including:
