On October 6th and 7th, JustTech’s sales team from across our regions came together for a Fall Sales Workshop at our Distribution Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia. It was an opportunity for team members to catch up, review recent successes, strategize improvements and plan for a great Q4!
The JustTech Fredericksburg location serves as our Distribution Center and local sales office. At this location, all Xerox devices are shipped from the distributors . They are then prepped and delivered to JustTech’s clients across 6 states and Washington, DC.
At the start of the workshop, we reviewed recent team successes:
- Exceeding Xerox Sales Performance every month in Q3
- Exceeding Xerox Sales Q3 Performance
- Record-Breaking September for Managed IT
- We welcomed 9 new managed IT clients in a single month – our highest ever.
- We secured $145,920 in new annual recurring IT revenue (ARR) – our second-largest month for new IT revenue.
- 12 Brand New Clients closed in September – highest for any month in 2025!
Emily Campos from Emily Campos Photography came and took professional headshots and team photos that can be used as new profile pictures and in marketing materials.
The team actively participated in workshops and discussed:
- Massive Q4 opportunity
- Enhanced marketing initiatives from JustTech
- Effective lead management
We also had a product demonstration and deep dive of the groundbreaking Xerox PrimeLink C9200 Series. This device contains many enhancements from the previous model in this series.
