In April of 2017, JustTech completed our first successful acquisition with the acquisition of Peake Office Solutions In Huntington, WV. Seeing the need to grow larger more quickly and receive better pricing from distributors, JustTech began evaluating acquisitions that were within driving distance to and from Southern Maryland. Remaining somewhat close was important so that our IT and print services teams could overlap as needed and so we could continue to bring a high level of service to our clients.
This acquisition expanded JustTech’s reach into the West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky Tri-State Area including the cities of Charleston, Huntington, Ashland, Gallipolis, Portsmouth and all areas previously covered by Peake.
Joshua Justice, the Founder, Owner & President of JustTech is originally from Southern West Virginia and attended K-12 school and college in the state. Joshua still has many family members and friends in this region.
Since the acquisition of Peake, JustTech has doubled the number of team members in this region, added many new clients, added hundreds and hundreds of new Xerox copiers & printers on our managed print plans and signed more than 40 clients up for our managed IT services.
In my many years of dealing with office machines and support staff, I must say that JustTech has surpassed our expectations. Never have I dealt with a company staff that is more knowledgeable or that responds more quickly to helping us stay up and running. A special thank you to Solutions Specialist Lambros Svingos for the extra time and effort he has put in to making sure that we are happy with all of our machines and teaching us everything we need to know to get our work done as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In February of 2019, to support our growing clients and employees in the region, JustTech moved into a larger office in Huntington, West Virginia. This facility has been vital to our continued growth in the region.
In February of 2020, JustTech opened a 2nd location in the WV/OH/KY Tri-State area in Portsmouth, Ohio. From this location, JustTech can provide even better support to clients in South Eastern Ohio.
