In October of 2017, JustTech acquired Apple Valley Office Products and expanded our reach into the Virginia Shenandoah Valley and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia including the cities of Winchester, Harrisonburg & Staunton in Virginia and Martinsburg in West Virginia.
Apple Valley Office Products served the region as an authorized Xerox sales agent for 33 years. JustTech has enjoyed working with the new clients, adding new customers and providing more services and support. JustTech has been rapidly growing our managed print and managed IT services in this region as well.
Geographically, this new territory was the middle point of our growing region from Southern Maryland moving West to the West Virginia, Kentucky, & Ohio Tri-State Region. JustTech’s managed IT and print technical service teams could even more easily overlap as needed and provide even better service to our clients.
We have appreciated the prompt and friendly service of JustTech. If ever a situation arises, they are within a phone call or email away, and the problem is solved within a day if not same day. All current employees from Apple Valley Office Products joined JustTech’s team and we have since added more team members here. Recently, Gary Chrisman, who was the previous owner of Apple Valley Office Products and joined JustTech as a Regional Sales Manager and then Senior Solutions advisor, retired after 42 years in the industry. JustTech had a virtual (covid appropriate) send off for Gary in January of 2021 and recognized his amazing career.
Around the same time as the Apple Valley Acquisition, JustTech was contracted by Xerox for client support in Central and Southern Virginia including the cities of Charlottesville, Lynchburg and Roanoke. JustTech then moved the Staunton area clients and team members into the newly formed Central, Western & Southern Virginia Region, providing support for the area including the cities of Staunton, Charlottesville, Lexington, Lynchburg & Roanoke.
In February of 2020, JustTech remodeled the Winchester office to provide more usable space and a conference room for meetings. Team Members and clients have enjoyed using this updated space.
