Jerry Smith joined JustTech 6 years ago as a Network Analyst. 3 years ago, Jerry assumed a new position as Print & IT Consultant and worked with JustTech’s sales & IT teams to customize the right solutions for clients. Recently, Jerry was promoted to Senior Print & IT Consultant.
JustTech began offering IT support to our clients in 2010 because of repeated requests for IT assistance from clients. Business processes were rapidly transitioning to a full or partial digital process. Requests originally included assistance with document file sharing in the cloud, setting up secure WiFi connections, installing new database programs and configuring new devices such as tablets among many other things.
In recent years, JustTech has continued to support our many IT clients and brought in more clients in our growing footprint. Requests have included setting up end point security and making sure everything on the network is protected, setting up VPN (Virtual Private Network) connections for remote (or virtual) and hybrid employees, migrating on-premises servers to the cloud and transitioning to Office 365.
As the world changes, JustTech and our clients change with it and we ensure our services and offerings are relevant to the current technology environment. Currently, we are rolling out Multi-Factor Authentication to our clients and deploying faster recovery solutions.
We have used Just Tech services for the past six years. Our needs were small in the beginning but we have grown to rely on their services as we have introduced many new information technology challenges in our daily office life and special projects. Security is a huge issue for a local government office and JustTech has addressed our concerns. They are reachable and react quickly to any immediate items that need to be addressed immediately.
