JustTech has simplified and perfected our process of transitioning a client’s IT provider with minimal disruption and downtime. JustTech observed a 100% IT client retention in the 2nd Quarter and we invest in a lot of resources to ensure customer satisfaction including our: Managed Services Help Desk, Virtual Customer Care Specialists, Solutions Specialists, IT Sales Engineer, System Administrators, Cloud Migration Specialists and Operations Team. Often times, when clients are unhappy with their IT provider, they stay with them because of the fear of change. Client concerns may include fear of downtime, fear of data loss and fear of the unknown.

JustTech often considers ourselves experts in IT, network security and cloud based solutions but we are also experts in change management. When reviewing a potential client’s environment, we first conduct an Initial Network Assessment and then a detailed Onsite Assessment. Once a client agrees to move forward, JustTech’s Cloud Migration Specialist assembles a detailed plan using the information we have gathered to ensure a seamless transition.

Many clients are already on Office 365 and the tenant can easily be changed from one IT provider to another. If a client is not on Office 365, we plan for an email migration. Once Office 365 is set-up, users are added to Intune and Azure. Profiles are scripted and can be restored instantly with Auto-Pilot. JustTech’s office 365 licenses also include OneDrive, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and Office 365 Back-up. Client’s documents are backed up with OneDrive folder redirect. For other documents and programs, JustTech also backs these up to our co-location server.

To increase client’s productivity and uptime, JustTech’s goal is for all databases and programs to be off-premises. Some programs may be able to be transitioned to a cloud service offering by the 3rd party software provider and accessed via web portal, eliminating the need for these programs to be stored on local devices. This is referred to as a public cloud server. Other programs may need to be migrated to a secure private cloud server.

When moving to multiple cloud environments, JustTech’s Cloud Orchestration provides the method of automating tasks needed to manage workloads on both the private and public clouds. Cloud Orchestration technologies integrate automated tasks and processes into a workflow to perform specific functions. Cloud Orchestration is vital for a seamless transition from on-prem servers and programs to a true cloud environment.

JustTech delivers our clients dependable and secure private cloud servers in the JustTech cloud that only JustTech has access too. A cloud server is a centralized virtual server resource that is hosted and delivered over the internet and accessed on demand by multiple users. Cloud servers can perform all the same functions of a traditional physical server, delivering processing power, storage and server-based applications. Cloud servers can be located anywhere in the world, although, JustTech cloud servers are located in our region in a secure facility with redundant power and redundant internet.

  • Managed Detection & Response – Detects an intrusion or attack and reduce the time between discovery and response to provide a faster resolution of the incident. By instantly closing off endpoints, the attack cannot spread and move into other systems.
