Record Month Over Month Growth with JustTech's Managed Print Services

In August, with many schools reopening for the Fall semester and clients back from vacations, we saw a record month over month growth of 127% with JustTech’s Managed Print Services. JustTech provided service support and supply replenishment for nearly 21 million copies & prints made on thousands of copiers, printers and multifunction printers across 7 states and Washington, D.C.! That is this third time that JustTech has exceeded 20 million copies and prints under management in a single month! With our managed print service, JustTech’s local help desk provides remote support for service & supply incidents and dispatches our local technicians as needed. Over 5,000 supply consumables (including toner) were sent out from our help desk proactively monitoring supply levels and also automatically by trigger of our device monitoring agent that notifies us as to when toner and consumables are needed.
