Now that summer is here, we are thrilled to be interviewing Kim Collier, one of our Solutions Specialists out of the La Plata, Maryland branch.
So, sit back, relax, and learn about Kim and how she helps to customers find cost-effective solutions.
Hi, Kim! We’re excited to get to know you better, so thank you for chatting with us today. Let’s start by you telling us a little bit about yourself! What brought you to Just·Tech?
I was ready to try something new! I had been in advertising sales for almost 20 years; I wanted to stick with sales because I enjoy working with people. When I saw the ad for Just·Tech, I was excited for the new challenge of learning about Xerox and Managed IT Services.
Love that! What are your primary responsibilities working here?
I work with businesses to help them manage their printing and IT needs by offering cost-effective solutions.
Such important work! What do you like the most about working here?
Helping my clients improve efficiency, save time and reduce costs! It’s rewarding to have a career that helps businesses succeed!

They won’t be disappointed. Our team’s experience and customer service can’t be beat.
Absolutely! Can you tell us a customer success story that you were a part of? How did you and Just·Tech as a company help the other company or individuals?
During COVID, we helped our clients find cost-effective solutions to continue operating whether they were on-site or remote. We offered a seamless transition to support them during these times.
That’s amazing! Thank you so much for your hard work! When you’re off the clock, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I have twin boys that keep me busy with wrestling and baseball. My daughter is 12-years-old and shows horses, so we are on the move all the time! But I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
Wow! You definitely do stay busy. What are you most looking forward to now that the weather is finally starting to warm up?
Getting out and riding my horse with my daughter! And, of course, our family vacation this summer.
