On June 30th, Frank Staggs will retire from JustTech after a long career with JustTech and Xerox. Frank is a Network & Technical Analyst at JustTech and provides onsite network installation and training and also onsite service support for Xerox multifunction copiers, printers and light production units for JustTech’s clients in the West Virginia, Kentucky & Ohio Tri-State Region including in the cities of Charleston, Huntington, Barboursville, Portsmouth, Ironton and Ashland. During his time with JustTech, Frank has went above and beyond in keeping client satisfaction high and we greatly appreciate his efforts.

JustTech acquired Peake Office Solutions in April of 2017 and Frank was the first JustTech Network & Technical Analyst in this new region. Prior to Frank coming on board, this service was outsourced and by having our own dedicated resource, we provided better support to our clients. JustTech now has 2 additional Network & Technical Analysts in this region.

Frank began with Xerox in 1985 and came on board with JustTech in an expanded role in 2017. During JustTech’s company wide meeting in May, we looked back on Frank’s tenure and congratulated him on his retirement:

In 2019, Frank was the guest on our Spotlight Interview series and we learned more about him including what Frank likes to do for fun such as teaching Sunday School, spending time with his family and occasional weekend shopping trips with his wife! Check it out:

We will miss Frank and wish him the best! Frank has trained 2 additional Network & Technical Analysts in this region and we know Thomas and Troy will continue to provide excellent customer support. In retirement, Frank plans to spend even more time with his family, volunteer and devote additional time to his church! We know we will keep in touch!

On June 18th, we held a retirement lunch with Frank at the JustTech Office in Huntington, West Virginia and invited close colleagues to join in with the send-off. JustTech’s Clay Walker, Manager of Technical Support Services and Charles Justice, Chief Operating Office & Senior Vice President traveled to be part of the farewell. There were stories told and many laughs had.
