We had the opportunity to chat with Frank Staggs, Technical & Network Analyst at JustTech’s Huntington, West Virginia branch. Sit back and read on to learn more about Frank, what he does in his spare time, and why he loves working at JustTech!
Hi, Frank! Thanks for talking with us today. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
After 32 years with Xerox, the company decided to outsource all of its technicians. That’s when Josh and I met and I came onboard with JustTech! I’m 56, I’ve been married for 37 years to the most wonderful wife. I have two daughters that mean the world to us; one is a nurse and the other one is a vet tech. I also have two grandkids.
It sounds like you have a great history with the product as well as a wonderful family! With that being said, what do you like the most about being a part of the JustTech team?
What I like most of all is that it is very flexible, a very family-oriented company; they expect you to take care of the family before you come to work. Another thing I really like about working at JustTech is working and learning from Michael Eaton. He has taught me so much.
Family is so important! We’re glad to hear you also have great working relationships with your coworkers. What are your main responsibilities working here?
I am one of two technicians in the Huntington-Charleston-Portsmouth-Ashland area. We have a very big territory to cover; 10 counties in 3 states. I am the only Technical & Network Analyst. We do technical work but also installs, setting up people’s printers, etc.
We are very busy here lately! Business has been very good here. We are training a new technician as we speak!
Thank you for being such a hard worker! If a company is considering working with JustTech, what would you tell them?
I would say you are going to be treated as a person instead of a number. It’s more personal, it’s more one-on-one.
We love that, too. When you’re off the clock, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a head trustee at my church and I teach Sunday School, which I really enjoy. Of course, I spend time with my family. We do a lot of soccer things with our grandkids; basketball and all that. Seems like every weekend we are at a soccer match or basketball game!
My wife loves to shop! When we do get away on weekend trips, it’s to one of the outlet malls, or Gatlinburg or something like that. I don’t like to cook, in fact, I cannot cook, but I love to walk around kitchen stores. I really buy all these gadgets because I think they are neat, not her!
Thank you for chatting with us today, Frank! If a customer needed to reach you, what is the best way to contact you?
Email or phone number works well; I talk to customers every day!
Thank you for all that you do, Frank! It was a pleasure getting to know you better.
