As part of celebrating 20 years in business, JustTech recently traveled across all of our locations to bring team members together for a special milestone moment. Over the past month, we visited offices throughout our service regions to capture updated group photos and celebrate the incredible people who have helped shape JustTech over the last two decades.
What started in 2006 as a small Xerox Authorized Sales Agency has grown into a multi-state technology company providing Managed IT Services, Managed Print Solutions, Xerox office technology, cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, and business workflow support to organizations across Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. While our services and footprint have expanded over the years, one thing has remained constant — our people.
Each stop on the anniversary photo tour gave our teams the opportunity to step away from the daily pace of business, reconnect with coworkers, and reflect on the journey that brought us here. Following each photo session, team members gathered for lunch, shared stories, laughed about memories from years past, and celebrated the relationships that continue to make JustTech unique.
From longtime employees who helped build the company in its early years to newer team members helping drive the future of JustTech, the anniversary gatherings highlighted the culture, dedication, and teamwork that continue to define our organization. These moments served as a reminder that our success has never been about technology alone — it has always been about the people behind it.
Over the last 20 years, JustTech has continued to evolve alongside our clients by expanding services, growing our regional presence, embracing new technologies, and maintaining a strong commitment to responsive local support. None of this would have been possible without the trust of our clients and the hard work of our amazing team members.
As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we want to thank every employee, client, partner, and community organization that has been part of the JustTech journey.
