Best of 2023 - Ribbon Cutting at New Distribution Center

As JustTech starts to look back at our biggest moments from 2023, we highlight when we held a ribbon cutting and open house at our Fredericksburg Distribution Center located in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The ribbon cutting was on June 1st and in coordination with the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. The event was well attended with members of the community out to show their support!

JustTech opened our Distribution Center in Fredericksburg in 2022. From this centralized location, we deliver Xerox copiers, multifunction devices and printers to clients in all of JustTech’s regions which include 6 states (Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Kentucky) and Washington, DC. The North Eastern Virginia and Virginia Northern Neck Regions’ sales team also use this location for their office space as we support clients in the area including the cities of Fredericksburg, Stafford, Culpepper, Colonial Beach and Kilmarnock and many counties, including: King George, Orange and Spotsylvania.

The ribbon cutting was originally delayed due to the previous global pandemic. It was great to have many come out and celebrate our new facility!

I want to give a big shout-out to the technical CSR who was able to solve the problems we were experiencing with our PrimeLink C9070. He was able to diagnose & solve the problem over the phone. The rep was on point. I had a problem, he had a solution. Now that is great customer service.
