  • Network / IT Solutions
    • Managed IT – JustTech provides managed IT services on a monthly basis to businesses, non-profits and religious organizations and acts as a client’s very own IT department. We provide remote and on-site support, internet service provider and vendor management, technology and performance recommendations, device management, network security, offsite backup, DNS protection and multifactor authentication solutions. JustTech recently began providing our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution which allows us to detect an intrusion or attack and reduce the time between discovery and response to provide a faster resolution of the incident. By instantly closing off endpoints, the attack cannot spread and move into other systems.
    • Cloud Orchestration and Cloud Solutions – Cloud orchestration is the method of automating tasks needed to manage workloads on both the private and public clouds. Cloud orchestration technologies integrate automated tasks and processes into a workflow to perform specific functions. As more and more businesses look to completely transition programs and databases to the cloud, cloud orchestration is vital for a seamless transition.
    • Microsoft 365 – JustTech is a Microsoft Partner and provides Microsoft 365 solutions. As most small businesses look to move to a cloud-based service for email, document storage and collaboration, JustTech has chosen Microsoft 365’s solution to provide to clients because of its increased efficiencies, enhanced security, and lower costs.     • IT Staffing – JustTech provides full-time and part-time IT staffing to many organizations who need extra onsite support.  With this solution, we can have an IT professional onsite for half days, full days or multiple days during a week.

    • Multifunction Copiers – We offer sales and support for Xerox multifunction copiers & printers. JustTech is a Xerox Diamond Partner.
    • Managed Print – Through our managed print solutions, JustTech provides supplies (including toner) and service support as needed. Currently we are managing thousands of copiers & printers making over 21 million copies & prints each month.
    • Circular Economy – In addition to providing our clients with new Xerox multifunction copiers and printers, JustTech also promotes our remanufactured line of equipment to do our part in supporting the circular economy. Often times when selling new Xerox copiers & printers to clients, models that are 3-5 years old are returned to JustTech. Instead of dumping these units in a landfill, JustTech remanufactures them to the highest standards and resells them to clients.
    • Cloud Print Servers – JustTech provides a reliable and secure cloud print server solution for clients. This cloud solution simplifies printer driver management and eliminates on premises print servers and also improves network security.
    • Software Solutions – JustTech provides Software Solutions that increase workflow, security, productivity and efficiency with the document process.

      • ScanAnyWay – Introducing Your Scanning Assistant: one App, multiple destinations and multiple formats. Scanning as never been so simple. ScanAnyWay allows users to digitize documents, convert them to a desired format and immediately send them to a destination with a simple press of a button.
  • Cloud Faxing Solutions – JustTech provides a reliable and secure cloud faxing solution for clients. Many organizations are moving to cloud fax services because of the significant monthly cost savings as compared to having an analog fax line and the cost savings of not having long distance costs. Also, most major phone carriers have announced upcoming discontinuation of analog phone lines.
  • Xerox Apps – JustTech creates custom apps for Xerox multifunction copiers that increase efficiency and improve workflows. Just·Tech is the first Xerox certified Personalized Application Builder Authorized Developer in the United States.   There are more than 100,000 apps that we have created installed on Xerox devices across the globe. We design apps that are high value to the Xerox partner and to their customers.
