Since then, we have grown in the number of team members, the number of clients and the number of regions served and have also launched additional solutions that bring more value to our clients.

JustTech was formed as a Xerox Sales Agency in Southern Maryland and in 2010 moved into Xerox’s reseller program and began providing print services to clients from JustTech directly. We also launched a new division focused on providing managed IT services to clients in 2010. With the increase in revenue fueled by the rise of recurring revenue from managed print and managed IT contracts, JustTech launched a division focused on building app solutions for Xerox multifunction printers in 2015. In 2017, JustTech began acquiring similar companies and expanding our footprint. Over the next 4 years, JustTech acquired 5 companies. JustTech launched our Cloud Fax solutions for clients in 2019 and created the CloudFax Connector App for Xerox devices. In 2020, JustTech partnered with PrintAnyWay in Portugal to be the exclusive provider of their most affordable and complete print management software in the United States. JustTech now supports thousands of clients, primarily located in 6 states (Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania) and Washington, DC.

JustTech takes customer satisfaction seriously and our client retention with our managed IT clients was 99% in the first quarter of 2025! This higher than industry average retention is due to our loyal clients, talented team members and relevant solution offerings.

Over a year ago, JustTech launched a new division to increase client satisfaction and is seeing great results. The Customer Care Specialists team contacts clients on a regular basis and provides proactive post-sale support. As unemployment continues to be low and job turnover high, the Customer Care Specialists team updates current client contact information when checking in.
