With being the managed IT provider, JustTech acts as a client’s very own responsive IT department. JustTech provides our core IT services and remote & onsite support when needed. As we are deeply embedded in the client’s network and processes, recommendations for improvements are made when needed. Clients are given access to a shared ticketing system to view the status of incidents.

With JustTech’s supplemental IT services, we work with a client’s existing IT department and become an extension of that group. A supplemental arrangement is very flexible and allows the client to focus more on their business. Often times, clients will outsource cloud and security services to JustTech to manage for them.
