JustTech’s Managed Services Help Desk provides Level 1 & Level 2 Support to JustTech’s clients for copier & printer supplies & service incidents, copier & printer IT support, network & IT incidents, software support, app assistance and other items as needed. The Help Desk is local and may be contacted via email, phone, ticketing system or an app on Xerox multifunction printers.  JustTech has field resources available that may be dispatched as needed throughout our entire regions.

JustTech’s clients may also access our ticketing system to view status of open tickets, post new information and view other account information.

With employees now working in the office, virtual or hybrid (or a mix of both), JustTech’s Help Desk is ready to assist with supporting employees wherever they may be with their IT and print support needs.
