Best of 2023 - Record Breaking Full Year Revenue

In 2023, JustTech experienced a record breaking year in total revenue! Full year revenue is expected to exceed 12 million and grew 14% year over year. Final results are still being tallied due to recurring services billing at month end. Revenue from recurring services (managed print, managed IT, cloud fax and app licenses) exceeded 60% of total revenue!

JustTech’s revenue continues to grow as clients embrace our beneficial solutions that increase efficiency, productivity and security with the current state of work. Many clients are in the office, some are working virtually and many also now do both. JustTech is the IT and print partner for the office, virtual and hybrid workforce!

With JustTech’s Network/IT Solutions, we provide managed IT and also supplemental IT support. Our solutions are designed to keep clients secure, productive and connected! Moving server and file document repositories completely to the cloud also helps boost the efficiency and productivity of office, virtual and hybrid employees. Some programs may be able to be transitioned to a cloud service offering by the 3^rd party software provider and accessed via web portal, eliminating the need for these programs to be stored on local devices. This is referred to as a public cloud server. Other programs may need to be migrated to a secure private cloud server. We have experience with making both work in tandem with our Cloud Orchestration.

With JustTech’s Managed Print Solution, we take care of the supply replenishment and onsite service of your office’s copiers and printers so clients can focus on their business! JustTech has several desktop options that are perfect when working virtually or hybrid such as the VersaLink C415. These multifunction printers still provide the same capabilities of our larger models including copy, print, scan to email, network scan, fax and cloud fax and are in a smaller footprint. When organizations need these devices for their employees’ needs, JustTech adds them to the organizations month managed print plan. Supplies are sent automatically when needed and the organization still receives only one invoice per month for all of the organization’s print activity.

Many organizations are moving to cloud fax services because of the significant monthly cost savings as compared to having an analog fax line and the cost savings of not having long distance costs. Also, most major phone carriers have announced upcoming discontinuation of analog phone lines and JustTech’s Cloud Fax solution is the answer for faxing in the future! The CloudFax Connector App for Xerox multifunction printers allows sending of hard copy documents through JustTech’s Cloud Fax service as easy as it is with a traditional fax. Simply scan in and fax!

JustTech creates apps for Xerox multifunction copiers that increase efficiency and improve workflows. There are more than 100,000 apps that we have created installed on Xerox devices across the globe. We design apps that are high value to the Xerox partner and to their customers. JustTech licenses these apps to Xerox and Xerox partners and some can also be purchased on Xerox’s App Gallery.

JustTech’s Xerox equipment revenue also increased in 2023 with October having our 2nd largest single month in Xerox equipment sales ever! Making up the total units sold in October was 193 stand-alone A3 units, 27 desktop A4 units and 1 light production unit.
