Joshua Justice (Founder, Owner, President & CEO at JustTech) and Natalie Justice (Senior Vice President of Business Strategy at JustTech) are pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Justice to Senior Vice President & COO (Chief Operating Officer) at JustTech.

Charles Justice joined JustTech as Director of HR and Business Processes in July of 2017 following a remarkable career working in similar positions with Morton Salt and Peabody Energy. Charles has built processes for HR and compliance around JustTech’s rapid growth from 26 team members when Charles started to 65 now. Also while overseeing 4 of JustTech’s 5 acquisitions, Charles successfully managed the contractual process with the sellers and added new state, county and city licensees to conduct business as needed.

I am so excited that my father has decided to step into the role of Senior Vice President & COO at JustTech and bring even more structure to our growing team! Working with him over the last 4 1/2 years has been amazing and I look forward to seeing what improvements come from Dad stepping into his new position. JustTech’s team members and our clients will benefit from this announcement and we are poised for great success in 2022!

Many of these individuals have been with JustTech for most of our last 16 years. Coming into this new role, Charles could not have a better team and we look forward to his continued success and contributions at JustTech.
