Joshua Justice (Founder, Owner, President & CEO at JustTech) and Charles Justice (Senior Vice President & COO at JustTech) are pleased to announced the appointment of Clay Walker to Manager of Technical Support Services at JustTech.
Clay Walker joined JustTech as a Senior Technical Analyst in 2012 following a remarkable career working in a similar position with Xerox for 28 years. Clay Walker was JustTech’s first Technical Analyst and JustTech made this investment to provide better service support to our clients on their Xerox copiers, printers and multifunction printers. Prior to this, JustTech outsourced this service. Soon after Clay Walker’s arrival, JustTech added another Technical Analyst and then another.
JustTech currently provides the supplies and onsite service needed for thousands of Xerox copiers, multifunction devices and printers making over 18 million prints per month!
Over the last 10 years, in addition to supporting clients, Clay Walker developed JustTech’s service processes, trained new employees and handled service escalations. In the last 5 years, JustTech has acquired 5 companies and with each acquisition, we have brought over additional technical service members and/or added new service team members to support our growing number of clients.
Clay Walker’s Technical Support Services division is responsible for new Xerox copier, printer and multifunction printer network installations and training and also for the ongoing onsite technical support for these devices. This group consists of 15 team members and provides support to JustTech clients in 6 states (Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio & Kentucky) and Washington, D.C. JustTech utilizes Xerox’s partner programs to support client locations in other areas in the United States.
Michael Eaton, Director of Xerox Technology at JustTech supports Clay Walker’s team with Xerox network related support. Michael Eaton also works with JustTech’s Logistics Division, Managed Services Help Desk and oversees JustTech’s App Division.
