Following strong growth in the first quarter, JustTech saw continued growth in the second quarter and a 22% increase in revenue in the first half of 2023. The growth was due to a steady growth in Managed IT services, Cloud Faxing Solutions and Managed Print Services and more Xerox Equipment Revenue (as we continued to have less supply chain impacts).

JustTech has high client retention with our Managed IT services and continues to provide clients with new solutions and also add new clients. JustTech provides a robust & secure Managed IT Solution to our clients to meet the functional and security needs of today while always looking for improvements for tomorrow. Earlier this year, JustTech was recognized on CRN’s 2023 MSP (Managed Services Provider) 500 List. This list identifies the industry-leading service providers in North America who are driving a new wave of growth and innovation for the channel through forward-thinking approaches to managed services, helping end users increase efficiency and simplify IT solutions, while maximizing their return on investment. JustTech’s Managed Network & IT Solutions revenue grew 23% in 2022 over 2021 and continues to grow in 2023!

JustTech provides a reliable and secure cloud faxing solution for clients. Many organizations are moving to cloud fax services because of the significant monthly cost savings as compared to having an analog fax line and the cost savings of not having long distance costs. Also, most major phone carriers have announced upcoming discontinuation of analog phone lines and recently, JustTech has been contacted by local clients who have been notified by Verizon of discontinuation of analog copper phone lines. JustTech’s Cloud Fax solution is the answer for faxing in the future! JustTech created the CloudFax Connector App for Xerox multifunction printers that allows sending hard copy documents through JustTech’s Cloud Fax service as easy as it is with a traditional fax. JustTech saw a big increase in clients’ print volumes in the first half of 2023 and  January and March were record setting months. In the month of March, JustTech provided service support and supply replenishment for over 21 million copies & prints made on thousands of copiers, printers and multifunction printers across 7 states and Washington, D.C.!  That is this second time that JustTech has exceeded 20 million copies and prints under management in a single month!

Distributors had Xerox multifunction copiers and printers readily available in the first half of 2023 and this resulted in much more product being delivered and invoiced as compared to the same period last year. In 2022, supply chain constraints delayed the receiving of inventory for all manufacturers for many months.

The global supply chain has improved but our remanufactured equipment sales have still made up 1/3 of our copiers sold so far in 2023. JustTech has always sold remanufactured multifunction copiers to clients that have been returned from other clients. However, with global supply constraints affecting most of 2022, JustTech fully embraced the Circular Economy! Clients are continuing to embrace remanufactured equipment to help the environment and their bottom line.
