Proven Transition Process

Every engagement begins with an Initial Network Assessment, followed by a detailed Onsite Assessment. Once a client chooses to move forward, our Cloud Migration Specialist creates a comprehensive transition plan that ensures a seamless and secure migration.

For clients already on Office 365, tenants can be easily transferred between IT providers. For those not yet on Office 365, we handle complete email migration. Once configured, users are integrated into Intune and Azure, enabling instant profile restoration through AutoPilot.

Our Office 365 licenses include:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

  • Office 365 Cloud Backup

For additional protection, we also back up client documents and programs to our secure co-location server.

Cloud Strategy and Orchestration

When possible, programs are transitioned to public cloud servers provided by third-party vendors and accessed via secure web portals. For other applications, we migrate them to JustTech’s private cloud.
