Through Xerox’s partner programs, JustTech has been authorized to use 3 cooperative purchasing agreements with clients to utilize to procure Xerox multifunction copiers and printers at a lower cost. Cooperative purchasing is “Procurement conducted by, or on behalf of, one or more Public Procurement Units” as defined by the American Bar Association Model Procurement Code for State and Local Governments. State & Local governments, schools and more approved organizations can save time and money by purchasing or leasing off of ready-to-use, competitively solicited contracts.

Pennsylvania Education Purchasing Program

The Pennsylvania Education Purchasing Program (PEPPM) is a cooperative purchasing program that allows K-12 school districts, higher education, local government entities, and certain non-profit organizations to procure Xerox multifunction products at discounted rates through competitively bid contracts.

Sourcewell Cooperative Contract

Sourcewell is a government agency of the State of Minnesota. State statutes allow the contract to be utilized by participating entities across the United States who have a need for a competitively bid and negotiated contract vehicle to procure Xerox multifunction copiers.
