Best of 2024 – Enhanced Copier & Printer Supply Fulfillment Strategy
JustTech has continued to tweak our supply fulfillment strategy (for copiers and printers we manage for clients) as there have been changes in the global supply chain. Our goal is to quickly react to ensure our clients have the supplies they need. In 2024, JustTech changed our primary supply distributor and saw great results. JustTech also transitioned to a better Data Collection Agent for clients.
Best of 2024 – Advanced IT Sales and Client Support
In February of 2024, JustTech added a dedicated resource for advanced IT sales and client support. The IT Sales Engineer provides field and virtual support to JustTech’s clients and works with JustTech’s field Solutions Specialists, virtual Customer Care Specialists, Cloud Migration Specialist and IT System Administrators in providing clients the best IT sales and support.
JustTech’s IT Sales Engineer is now the focal point for the account management for JustTech’s managed IT clients. The IT Sales Engineer responds to inquiries, performs quarterly account reviews and looks for opportunities to optimize existing clients.
The IT Sales Engineer also performs assessments and needs analysis with potential new clients and manages the sales cycle.
Best of 2024 – New Team Members
As employee turnover stabilized nationally and with JustTech in 2024, new team members joined our team to backfill positions and we also added net-new positions. These additions increased our team size by 10%!
