Hassle Free Process with Automatic Toner & Supply Replenishment

JustTech utilizes ECI’s Printanista Data Collection Agent with our clients. ECI is the industry leader in the print remote data capture market. Low supply alerts from this data collection agent are sent to JustTech’s Operations team to order supplies for clients. This provides an automatic supply replenishment for clients. While traditional data collection agents have monitored toners, drums and other consumables, Printanista also provides the ability to monitor waste containers and order as needed. Printanista also works with Mac Environments.

JustTech has continued to tweak our supply fulfillment strategy as there have been changes in the supply chain. Our goal is to quickly react to ensure our clients have the supplies they need. JustTech sends supplies to clients from our Distribution Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia and also directly from Distribution Management (formerly Supplies Network). With Distribution Management, supply orders placed by 5pm are delivered next day by 10am in most of our regions and delivered by the 2nd day in one of our regions. JustTech monitors our distributors’ supply levels to ensure we have a sufficient supply at JustTech’s Distribution Center should there be any disruption in the supply chain. JustTech’s supply replenishment process will increase printer up-time.

Simplified Invoicing with One Invoice Per Month and/or Customized Invoicing

In an unmanaged print environment, clients are processing invoices for each toner and supply order and for every service visit. There are multiple supply items needed for each print device. Color copiers and printers for example, utilize 4 different toners and 4 different drums and other items. This can add up to many invoices and many hours spent reconciling by the clients’ accounting departments. JustTech can provide 1 invoice per month for the managed print service for all devices. This saves clients a lot of time on invoice processing and reconciliation. Many organizations also have customized invoice requirements and JustTech will work with those to make the best possible outcome for clients.

More Affordable & Efficient Process

In addition to increased productivity, increased uptime and savings on clients’ time, JustTech’s Managed Print Solutions also provide a hard costs savings. JustTech is a Diamond Xerox Partner and receives partner discounts on OEM (original equipment manufacturer) supplies from distributors. This allows us to present pricing to clients that is less than if clients purchase supply items separately at retail prices.

JustTech has a local help desk ready to respond! Many incidents are already addressed via our data collection agent. Should a client need to contact JustTech for a service or supply request, they have 3 easy ways:

Many clients prefer not to use the phone and some also prefer not to use email. The Support Connect App on Xerox Multifunction Printers allows end users to communicate instantly and easily to JustTech.

  • Supply orders are automatic with JustTech’s Printanista Data Collection Agent. Should an end user feel they need extra supplies for a large upcoming job or a backup, they may press Request Supplies on the Support Connect App.
  • Should an end user feel there is a service issue with the Xerox copier, they may press Request Service on the Support Connect App. With each requests, JustTech automatically receives all fault codes thereby increasing the resolution time of the incident.
  • To obtain ECO boxes with pre-paid labels to recycle supplies, an end user may press Recycle on the Support Connect App.
  • Should an end user feel there is feedback that JustTech should receive to make it a better experience for the end user, the end user may press Feedback.

JustTech’s Service Technicians are fully Xerox trained and keep all routinely needed parts in their vehicles. In addition, JustTech has a local office in Winchester and our Distribution Center in Fredericksburg where extra parts are kept for same day access. Should parts need to be ordered, standard shipping is next day if ordered by 4pm by our parts distributor.

JustTech’s Service Philosophy is built on the belief that less service visits are good for JustTech and the client. During each service benefit, JustTech technicians do a once over on the entire device to check out any other potential soon to be issue and rectify it. This then extends the time until the next service visit is needed and increases copier uptime for the client.

Automatic Software Updates 

Most copiers have 6-8 new firmware versions (systems software) released every year to fix security issues, operational issues or new compatibility issues.  Studies have shown that 30% of technical service incidents for copiers require software updates to be resolved which generally take an hour to perform onsite. The National Institute of Standards and Technology states that in order to protect your network against the greatest number of threats, copiers & printers connected to your network must have the latest firmware and security updates.

JustTech’s Firmware Connect App provides automatic firmware updates and security updates for copiers as they become available from the Xerox and are tested and approved by JustTech. Firmware updates on Xerox models are automatic and completed on off hours so end users will experience no down time during the process.  This app is proven to increase customer satisfaction, increase equipment reliability, increase network security, and decrease service calls.
