In these areas, JustTech has local support resources to provide onsite IT & network assistance and copier & multifunction printer repair support as needed. The width of our primary footprint is about 500 miles and JustTech has many resources spread throughout our regions to assist clients as needed. For clients who have locations outside our primary area, JustTech has a network of partners to engage for assistance.

JustTech also has a local Managed Services Help Desk which provides Level 1 & Level 2 Support to JustTech’s clients for copier & printer supplies & service incidents, copier & printer IT support, network & IT incidents, software support, app assistance and other items as needed. The Help Desk is local and may be contacted via email, phone, ticketing system or an app on Xerox multifunction printers.  The Help Desk dispatches field resources for onsite assistance as needed.

With our Help Desk, you will not be routed to an off-shore call center and stuck in a never ending phone tree. You will receive quick local and responsive support!

I just wanted to send you an email to let you know about a great experience I had with one of your employees. I had a problem with my internet this morning. I ended up getting that resolved with Breezeline but in the process messed up all my printers. I called your Help Desk and Derron Washington helped me. He went above and beyond to help me get my issues solved so much so that I felt the need to let you know what a great job he’s doing.
