App Growth & Achievements and New Apps in 2018

In 2018, JustTech saw big growth in our App Solutions with winning multiple awards and also releasing new apps.  There are more than 40,000 apps that we have created installed on Xerox devices across the globe. We design apps that are high value to the Xerox partner and to their customers.
In January at the annual Xerox U.S. Partners Meeting, Just·Tech was named the Xerox App Developer of the Year for the 2nd consecutive year!  We are very honored to have received this recognition again.  In November at the Xerox Personalized Application Builder Partner Forum outside of London, JustTech won best app for Xerox multifunction printers as voted on by the attendees for their Firmware Connect App.  70 Xerox partners from Europe were at the event and voted on the best app showcased at the Solutions Pavilion.
In August, JustTech released our Email Connect App for Xerox ConnectKey, AltaLink & VersaLink multifunction printers.  With the Email Connect App, scan to email settings are instantly configured on the Xerox multifunction printer by entering a username, password and selecting the email provider from a pre-populated field.  This simple and easy to use process will greatly benefit customers when needing to setup scan to email or to change their email’s password that is associated with the account.  Currently, there are 16 pieces of information to enter on 5 screens to set-up Scan to Email.  With the Email Connect App, there are 3 pieces of information on 1 screen.  Click here for a side by side comparison. This is a similar process with all manufacturers, not just Xerox.
Many organizations are moving to Virtual Fax Services (or cloud fax) because of the significant monthly cost savings as compared to having an analog fax line and the cost savings of not having long distance costs as they have with the analog fax line.  A complaint commonly received from clients is how long to takes to fax hard copy documents with Virtual Fax Services because of the multiple steps involved (scan in, upload to web portal, etc.).  In October, JustTech released our new CloudFax Connector App which solves this challenge and allows sending hard copy documents through a Virtual Fax Service as easy as it is with a traditional fax.  Simply scan and fax!
Also in 2018, JustTech signed our first international licensing agreement for the highly popular Support Connect App with e-dox in Germany.  e-dox currently uses the Support Connect App with their own clients to simplify the process to request service & supplies and now will provide the Support Connect App to other Xerox partners in Germany to use with their clients as well!
